This imperial stout is a decadent celebration of rich flavours, crafted with the finest Australian malts and oats to ensure a velvety smooth mouthfeel. The brewing process is elevated with an infusion of luxurious fruits and spices - sultanas, figs, dates, apricots, and aromatic cinnamon sticks. To add depth and complexity, we soaked these ingredients in port wine, letting the flavours meld together with some rum barrel chunks for added layers of richness.
