The Beers:
Lil Hel - Black IPA - 5% ABV
The younger sibling to our mighty Hel Black IPA, Lil' Hel delivers all the bold hop character in a more approachable 5.0% package. Brewed with dehusked dark malt, it pours jet black with a smooth, clean finish and none of the heavy roast.
Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra, it bursts with juicy mango, passionfruit, grapefruit and bright citrus, layered with subtle pine and resin. Dark in appearance but crisp, balanced and dangerously easy-drinking, Lil' Hel proves the underworld has a lighter side
Shield Wall Porter - 6.5% ABV
When the cold wind howls and darkness presses in, it’s time to raise the shield wall and stand firm with a brew built for resilience. Shield Wall Porter is a rich, malt-driven stronghold - forged with a heavy dose of oats for legendary smoothness and layered with chocolate malts up front, flanked by crystal and caramel malts for depth and sweetness.
Bold, warming, and steadfast, this porter holds the line with flavour and finishes like a hero's tale beside a roaring fire!
Vinlander Spiced Rum Porter - 6.5% ABV
Beyond the known seas, where myths whisper through the fog and strange shores beckon, the Vinlanders sailed with fire in their hearts and ale in their holds. Vinlander Porter is a tribute to those fearless explorers - dark, rich, and laced with legend.
Brewed with a hearty blend of chocolate malt, caramel, and crystal, and softened by a generous dose of oats, this porter flows smooth and deep. Infused with a touch of Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum, it carries notes of vanilla, dark spice, and toasted sweetness - like a long-lost treasure unearthed from distant lands.
Rocky Road Porter - 6.5% ABV
Forged in the fires of indulgence and tempered by the chill of northern winds, Rocky Road Porter is the sweet reward at the end of a long raid. This malt-driven beast carries chocolate malts at the front line, backed by rich crystal and caramel malts and softened with a legion of smooth oats.
But the true bounty lies in the heart of the brew - infused with rocky road decadence. Expect bold flavours of ripe raspberry, toasted marshmallow, and a touch of vanilla magic, rising from the darkness like treasure unearthed from deep within the fjords.
