Fenrir West Coast IPA

We’ve gone and DOUBLED the hops in our latest batch, with a sneaky old-school / new-school twist - the MOST amount of hops we have thrown at a beer!! (So far!)

A little more about the beer:

This West Coast IPA, with double the hops, is an explosion of bright, aromatic bitterness and complex tropical fruit character. The boil hops, featuring Citra and New Zealand’s Nectaron, bring intense citrus notes with a punch of tropical fruit—think grapefruit, lime, and ripe pineapple—while Nectaron adds a distinctive touch of passion fruit and stone fruit.

The big double dry hop takes this to the next level with Strata, Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial. Strata offers dank, earthy notes with hints of cannabis and passion fruit, while Amarillo and Cascade bring a zesty, orange-citrus brightness and floral undertones. Centennial rounds it out with a classic piney, resinous finish.

The malt base is kept light and crisp—lean and clean—to ensure the hops are front and center, creating a refreshing, hop-forward experience with a dry finish. The result is a bold, aromatic IPA with layers of bitterness, fruitiness, and pine, delivering a truly hop-lover’s delight
